Accueil très chaleureux, le personnel est incroyablement agréable La villa au top et emplacement génial

Nous avons tout aimé si fallait juste revoir un point ce serais la climatisation dans la chambre qu’on avait du mal à régler ( trop froid ) mais rien de grave autrement tout était parfait 👍

Superb welcoming and hospitality, Daniel and a female trainee are so lovely staff, they helped us with a smile on their faces as well as the manager, I think her name is Doaa.

I contacted them 2 weeks before arrival, that I will arrive at 10am, explained that we are honeymooners coming from a 6 hour flight, and wish to get an early check in if possible, they said they will do their best. Unfortunately they couldn’t help as there is no empty rooms, but the problem wasn’t that. From some reason we couldn’t even check in on time “2pm” because the rooms weren’t ready as the cleaning staff didn’t finish yet. Finally we managed to check in at 2:33 pm. Daniel and the female trainee tried their best and offered some treats and cold water but I was really tired after a 6 hour flight then another 6 hours of waiting. One more thing, I like to sleep in a completely dark room, but in the room I got, the curtains above the entrance cannot block the sunlight.

Minden tökéletes volt, a szállás nagyon jó helyen van, az ételek nagyon finomak, a személyzet nagyon kedves, de különösen Deniel lopta be magát a szívünkbe. :)

Ez nem negatívum, inkább csak egy megemlítés, hogy sajnos a medencének a burkolata a lépcsőn nagyon-nagyon csúszik, balesetveszélyes, nem csak gyerekeknek, de még felnőtteknek is.

The rooms were nice, the location great and all hotel facilities very excellent. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was super.

It was pretty noisy. You could hear facility work during the day, neighbors at night, etc.
