Very disappointing stay. After a long flight, in the evening, with a small child, they refused to give us our room, even though we provided clear written confirmation (in English) that the stay was fully paid for 3 persons including the child. Instead, they kept arguing and demanding extra money for the child. Completely unacceptable and extremely stressful. Tired baby, no room, waiting at night with paid stay. Super unpolite staff. Poor housekeeping, uncomfortable accommodation, and very slow, disorganized breakfasts. Staff showed no effort, no initiative, and no willingness to solve problems. Definitely not worth the money. We do not recommend this hotel.

Location- near kata beach full of loud Russians Pool Villa had almost zero access to sun so the only option to sunbathe was to go to the loud Kata beach Staff friendly but for the price level- many slips- one day no one came to clean the room at all because they were busy with the wedding Wedding blocked for 24h the whole facility, which we understand but you still should deliver bare minimum Lack of pool- no option to stay in the facility for swimming and sunbathing
