everything is great. an unforgettable vacation

This is our second time at this hotel, Room no 3410 with sea and pool view was amazing, but next time i will request room no 3412. The hotel is large, its gardens are beautiful, and the food it offers delicious,. It is a good place for family.

Room was spacious for our family. Lots of activities for kids. They keep kids engaged until night 9:00 pm. Aqua park was very nice with good slides. Enough varieties of dishes for all 3 times. Always there was something to eat.

AC is not that great . Even after running for 4 hours, we started sweating and were not able to sleep in the bed.

All the facilities, pool, beach, food. Very nice and clean hotel. Clean pool. Food is exeptional, so many different kind of food. You can get water bottles in many places. Nuts in cups are great. Aqua park great for kids. Very satisfed about having extra different kinds of pillows in the room. Hand Sanitisers in many places in the hotel in a plus.

Room is not 5 star resort room. Could be bigger with some decoration. Room wasnt sparkling clean (there were some water stains in the bathroom and on furniture. The bunk bed was awful. It was creaking so much that all in the room woke up if somebody in the bunk bed moved just a little. The matress was to small for the size of bunk bed. Near our room was like garbage spot for hotel. Every night we woke up when they were dumping glass bottles to the bin. The same in the morning when garbage truck picked the bins.

Definitely the waterpark for the kids! That’s where we spent most of our time. The beach is beautiful too, probably even better in summer to enjoy to the fullest.

The food was terrible! It has a lot of different food, but still not a variety of tastes! For the kids is always just fries, mashed potatoes and noodles, sometimes weird looking sausages, you don’t even wanna try. The quality disappoints. The mattresses are awful, hard like stone, cleaning is not the best, every day still sand everywhere. Bathroom a way too small, bathtub is too high to get in and out. Water pressure is incredibly low. Water temperature switches from ice cold to burning hot, without touching anything to change. Some of the staff members are nice, but most of them don’t seem to be happy to have you as a guest. Minibar is a joke, two juices, two sodas and some water and a cheap beer. Everything else you’ve to get from the bar or any other coffee shop, which is open at the time. With many kids very exhausting. Loud music until at least two in the morning from the disco and you can hear everything thru the door from outside at the hallway. Running and screaming kids and people don’t let you sleep too tight.
