VONRESORT Golden Coast & Aqua - Kids Concept-Ultra All Inclusive

It was our second stay after 7 years. Everything was really good. We enjoyed our stay, facility, beach, pool - everything is very close to hotel so you do not lose time. We were travelling with 2 kids, servers at the restaurant were very helpful, kind towards our kids. They tried their best to entertain them so they will not cry. Aquapark, beach, pools and especially kids pool was super as well. The stores in the hotel was also nice, prices are high but it had good choices for us to buy some beach toys for our kids. Entertainment team was excellent. I enjoyed every moment of entertainments, shows :) Food depends to your mouth taste, if you like Turkish food style you will not stay hungry. For us it was good, different food choices, breakfast was good, lunch was so-so, dinners were good. The other restaurants also offer nice food choice. Overall, thank you to restaurant servers, chefs, reception team, entertainment team! Also staff from Azerbaijan were very hardworking, thank you guys!

Housekeeping team needs to improve their service. I have worked at a 5 star hotel for 7 years, and I know that housekeeping could be better. 1st issue was that despite the fact that I have put Do not disturb (DND) sign, as I had terrible headache and put my baby to sleep and i myself slept as well. Houseeeping knocked on the door, then entered the room with her key and woke up my baby and me as well. This was really disturbing moment, they should be attentive for DND sign. Also our shower gel has not been refilled for 2 days - this is a hotel which has pool, beach - it means people are going to take a shower many times during the day. We had only 2 shower gel for 2 adult and 2 kid, after 2 days we called and asked for some shower gel and went to the beach. After our return we saw 10+ shampoo and body lotion (we asked for shower gel) thrown into our bed (!) and the lid of one of them was open and was spilled to our bed. I think this behaviour is totally unaccepted - we felt as if I will say in Turkish "alın, başınıza çalın".

Aqua Park was fun for the kids. Some activities for kids was fun. Especially moto cycle event. Food was good Drinks also. Clean toilets. Clean rooms.

No ice cream in Aquapark. Only buy ice cream but didn't take credit card. Only cash. Only one place to get drinks with long queue without shade from sun. Very expensive gift shop. Gym was in very bad shape. Towel service didn't really make sense to me( only change towels in certain hours)

Resort is nice for families and had good activities for all family members The location of our room was great Evening shows were nice and entertaining except the karaoke and Bingo, the presenter was very good Entertainment team were working all day, as you see them at 09:00 am all the way till 12:00 mid night There are restaurants and bars in all areas, thus making it easy to get something to eat or drink either at the pools or beach The aqua park was nice and not very crowded, also staff were always there to ensure kids safety, so kids really enjoyed it The kids club was very basic, but had few activities that my kids enjoyed e.g. Zumba and trampoline classes, stone painting,,, The Kids cinema was not working during our stay. Some staff were very helpful especially Mehmet at the beach and pool bar. The area outside is clean and did not see any insects or mosquitos throughout our stay, which was great.

The room was extremely dirty, there was dust and drink stains everywhere, old opened soft drinks cans in the closet, toys from previous guests on the floor and under kids beds. the floor was very dirty and dusty and looks like it is cleaned once a year. The room was also very old and bathroom is really small, the shower was leaking all the time and the bathtub was blocked, so water will take forever to be drained which is not hyenic. The hotel can be 5 stars but the rooms are definitely 3 stars or less. Some staff could be perceived as disrespectful, as they simply take your plates while you are still eating and clean the floor under you while you are seated for breakfast or dinner, which was quiet inappropriate for us, as the restaurant was not due to close yet and we were not late . Most of them do not smile or greet you and do not speak English so in order to ask for a spoon or chair or glass, we were simply using body language.

I liked everything from a to z The food and snack were deliciius and receptionests were helpful and friendly. The kids club was amazing ..my kids were really enjoy

Actually every thing were great and comfort . But i suggest to have a golf car for transfer from the room to the swimming pole.. that's it .

1) Staff were friendly and helpful. 2) Hotel had more than enough staff all over the places. 3) It was quite clean. 4) Quality of food was great with variety of options. 5) Location was great too. 6) Aquapark was great. 7) Beachfront and its pier were nice. 8) Hotel has enough entertaining activities for kids

1) the single bed matrass was pretty soft, so you could feel the springs under your back. They had no hard/firm matrass. 2) there was no decaf drinks like decaf coffee or decaf cappuccinno 3) lift was pretty small and often very warm inside. Outside of rooms in the corridors always hot since they did not turn on aircos in those areas 4) every night at around 21.30 there was a loud music in the hotel ( i guess due to partying in the Disco). Even with the soundproof windows you could hear the music pretty well.

Everything. Free food. Good variety and drinks. Amazing entertainment

TV should be in english and more channels, preferably, netflix and youtube.
