VONRESORT Golden Coast & Aqua - Kids Concept-Ultra All Inclusive

We really enjoyed everything, the facilities, the ptomrnade, beach, food, gardens...

Wifi was unstable, sometimes worked fine, but sometimes didn't connect at all. People in the MiniClub would be nice to understand at least English.

We enjoyed our stay so much !!

1 - 2 member s of staff not so friendly.

Standard Rooms are smalls considering five star hotel and resort. Food is average and variety is limited. There is grill section within the all inclusive option which no Turkish kebabs which is their specialty. Cocktails are like sweet drink. Late dinner only offer two same dishes everyday.

Considering we went when it was still slightly out of season, it isn't fair to comment on certain aspects like the water slides being closed(not advertised on Booking.com) or a lack of evening entertainment/pier being closed. 1 - The Restaurant There is a good selection of food available and more than enough for everyone to have plenty. However, the majority of food wasn't really to our taste but what we did try was delicious. Many of the items cater more to Eastern Europeans but i understand why. There could be a section for children specifically. There was a great variety between Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. The desserts were incredible with amazing variety, compliments to the chef. 2 - The Rooms We had a nice view from our room. It was a good size and had everything you'd expect or want. The refillable mini bar was a wonderful inclusion. The turnover for cleaning and tidying of the room by staff was extremely fast and we felt welcome by the decorations left in the room. Everything felt safe and secure and blocked noise elsewhere well. The TV could use more English speaking channels. The Air conditioning did not work but this wasn't a huge issue and we didn't mention it because it wasn't too hot. 3 - Facilities As it was out of season we didn't use all Facilities but we loved the overall grounds of the resort which was fun to explore and relax in. The gardens were all very well maintained and all the pools were clean and in good working order. The exceptional beach nearby was beautiful and there is an abundance of seating. Credit to this resort for high level of accessibility for people with a pram or that require additional needs like wheelchairs. The shopping mall offers everything but it was overpriced. 4 - Staff The staff were helpful when we required some help like getting a taxi. We didn't have issues with communication in terms of English speaking.

No ATM on site and the nearest one is a 20 minutes walk and is not ideal at night. The lifts are old fashioned and feel like they are on the verge of breaking down. The layout of the rooms is a bit confusing because everything looks identical. Some color coding or giving sections a specific name would be helpful. No option in the restaurant to get your own soft drinks. Only juices, water or hot drinks. Again, more options for kids in restaurant for fussy children. The ice cream bar was not self service and was stingy and basic.

Room was clean and the staff was polite

Air conditioner in our room wasn’t working and when we opened the window we faced a lot of insect so we suffered a lot from insect bites..WiFi was weak .. indoor pool opened for 3 hours only …toothbrush not found Three stars service not five

It is very hospital place. Check in and check out are well organised and very convenient (hotel let you check in early, breakfast is free even on check-in day; on the last day they will let you have lunch, leave beach towels until the last minute, there are showers and dressing rooms available, so you can drop your luggage at 12 and keep using hotels facilities until your transfer time). Food is always fresh, various, nicely served. Fish is offered every day. Wide variety of fruits and vegetables, national cuisine is presented as well. Beach facilities are great! There is enough sun beds, umbrellas. Showers and toilets are clean and just near the beach. All is clean, wide line of sand where you can play beach volley and other games. Hotel territory is well maintained, very green, lots of places to sit and rest. Both swimming pools are large and clean as well. Small aquapark is 3min walk from the beach and free of charge. Majority of guests are from Germany. Very friendly atmosphere. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a good value for money!

WI-fi is not always good. Especially when you are on the beach. Beach bar has limited options for kids.
