Wenn die Balkon-Bestuhlung ein wenig bequemer wäre, könnte man abends noch viel länger die Aussicht geniessen.

Room, aspect, view, staff, cleanliness. The breakfast was a bit haphazard, but the food was very tasty and the coffee was good. My flight was late in the evening so they kindly gave me access to another room so I could have a shower before I set off.

Being squeezed between various other accommodations and the beach, it is a bit of an odd layout, and it was (very) difficult to find from the road. My taxi driver had no idea where it was and there was insufficient signage.

Room was beautiful, Picturesque being able to look at to the sea Staff so helpful & lovely Breakfast amazing!

The place next next door was a bit fishy and dirty

Beachfront, secluded . Friendly staff.

On first night the lights were out on the path out, had to be escorted by staff member using his phone torch. Were rectified by following night . The room Gratitude was a limited sea view which we had been informed of- but the rest of the view was of sheet roofing

Breakfast excellent, accommodated our every need. All of the staff from the manager to the cleaners were so friendly and went out of their way to help. Fantastic beachside bar.

Ark comforts is fine. It’s mostly clean, and the beach front bar and location is fantastic.

For the price, Ark Comforts is not fantastic (and that’s with us booking with a 15% discount). It’s far more expensive than pretty much every other option available on Palolem beach, and for what you pay, you will feel a little hard done by. It’s definitely not a 5 star accommodation of experience, so be aware before booking.

The location is perfect, the staff were wonderful and the rooms lovely

Zimmer und Balkon sind sehr schön und grosszügig für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Personal sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Liegt in einer Bucht, daher war es super mit Kind.

Das Bettsofa ist schlecht und so mussten wir auf einer Matratze am Boden schlafen, wo ich bei dem Preis mehr erwartet habe. Unter uns war die Küche, welche bis 12 Uhr Nachts Lärm machte. Ich bin nicht heikel, es war wirklich laut im Schlafzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer hat man nichts gehört.
