Le balcon de la chambre donne directement sur le stockage des déchets. Placer un jaccuzi ou plutôt balnéo à cet endroit est sans intérêt et fait gonfler le prix de la chambre. Nous étions plutôt déçus par rapport à cela. Et l'insonorisation des chambres car nous pouvions tout entendre des chambres voisines. Et manque une petite télé

Les chambres sont proches, en fonction des voisins cela peut être un peu bruyant.

Absolutely Nothing! Waste of money!

The parking is horrible. It is not a dedicated parking for the property. It shares with the beach and a few other shacks. So parking is a huge hassle. One has to walk a long way bound by some curtain kind of things to get to the property, from parking. Along that way the stray animals would have peed. It stinks and it's dirty. This way also passes through kitchens of other restaurants, so there is that smell as well. The property itself stinks. There is an empty portion on the property which has garbage dumped. And the rooms are right on top of general washroom and kitchen. So there is smell again! Switches don't work on the rooms and the area which is supposed to be balcony for sea view can hardly be used because of the stench. Plus the beach area right infront of the property is used by boatsmen to park and pick up tourists. So you can't even enter the sea from there as these boats emit petrol and smoke. Please don't waste money. These people should be sued for deficiency of service. Booking.com doesn't allow videos. Please check Google for the same.

We loved the property and resort. It was like an oasis, once you got inside. Beautiful location and well positioned. Rooms were lovely. Short walk to Pandolem beach and slightly longer to Patnem beach, but an easy walk.
