The place is not 5 star They make a great effort The breakfast ordering was taken the day before I'm not sure if they ever got it right But all in good sprint

Perfect location, away from Palomem beach, but closeby at the same time. Nice private beach, cozy rooms, good a-la-carte breakfast.

I didn’t like the fact that they made my pay part of the stay via another website before arrival. It didn’t feel normal nor safe.

The place is a bit far from from the airport, but perfect if you want to be in a secluded quite beach. The room we were in was on the beach and facing the sea. It was very comfortable with all the modern comforts you need. The place has nice restaurant with amazing breakfast. Palolem beach is a quick walk away. The property had its own free kayaks and load of boat tour options which was quite nice. You really do not need to go anywhere else for at least a few days, you can just enjoy the property. Definitely will return soon.

The hot water system take a bit of a time. The pipes must be quite long from where the water is heated. I thought it was just waste of too much water before we got the hot water. It will only be an issue in winter, but I saw this to be the case in other places as well. Just the waste is what I was concerned about.

Breakfast was very good and delicious...

Beach location was amazing (although a lot of litter in broader surroundings). Food/drinks from bar area were generally very good and speedy service. Very rustic.

Breakfast menu was overly confusing for western guests. My friend suspects got food poisoning from there as was very ill within 4 hours after breakfast. Didn’t like that there were stray cats and dogs within the dining area, although the staff did get rid of them once asked. I mistakenly booked a cliffside room thinking had a sea view when the balcony just overlooked the bins! Would have expected more from this price point in India.

The location is fantastic and the rooms have great views and are comfy with creature comforts

The breakfast menu is over complicated and from a European perspective it seems hard for them to coordinate what we like in a manner we like. . For example our full English breakfasts come out over 4 plates per person over 40 minutes and it would not pass for a full English breakfast in the UK the breakfast menu needs to be simplified and made more efficient apart from the at all other meals were great
