The Ark Comforts

The staff were so so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us! Even when I left some belongings the staff managed to return them to me! The location is amazing, as perfect as it could be. Close to the main palolem beach, but quiet and secluded. The most amazing sunsets, we will be back !

Approach road is horrible, not much choice of menu in room service, only sea facing rooms have better views, rest of the rooms are not having any good views.

You are away from the the main beach, so it’s ideal to relax and just a few minute walk when you want to go to the other restaurants etc

The Ark Comforts is located right on the beach though staying at the beach wasn't ideal given the lack of dedicated sunbeds and the boats moored there. Staff are young and very friendly.

The breakfast. It was cheap and nasty. My undercooked toast had mould on it! Management needs to address this as it is a theme in the comments. Investment in some new bedding would be a good idea. I was not convinced that our bedding had been changed on arrival ( hair and strange odour). Only one coat hanger in the wardrobe which was an issue as there is limited space for belongings. I asked for the bedding to be changed after the first night. Overall, I'd say that this hotel is not 5* and should either reduce its charges or put some effort in to improve standards.
