"Treated badly!!! Been there years! Heart broken!"

I came in tonight to play my freeplay which I earned $135 and they had taken it because they said I wasn't spending enough of my own money! WHAT? WHO DO THAT? Isn't thats what its for? I win I leave! I played and lost enough to earn it. I have never been treated so poorly! I will never go back there! I was having a good time. I worked at a Casino Harrahs for 5 years I never! The casino always win! Hurt me so bad I went home crying! Worst experience ever! I needed the money I could have won. Its sad but I have to go. Lost my interest in going back ans I brought many people there. Who do this? No other Casino! Never heard of it at all! CASINO ALWAYS WIN!

"Not so great anymore"

Used to be nice when new. Lots of simple maintenance issues... aerator on sink missing, results in huge soaking flood of water. Closet door hinges need adjust, doors do not align, results in doors constantly swinging open. Same with fridge cabinet. Ventilation fan coming from the maintenance room next to this room turns on and dumps noxious oily fumes into this room (may be a good idea to refuse rooms with #1). TV is very small. Weird chair for the desk

Great staff Easy self parking Loved the smoking rooms but guess thats not good for non smokers. Great music on the tv.

Rooms not serviced unless you ask but it wasnt a prob over our 4 night atay
