Pool Bar - Drinks are great for a good price with friendly atmosphere Platinum Tower Room - views, space, bathroom Parking - no valet available but easy access to the garage Restaurants - all of the restaurants are good with Ruth’s Chris being our fav and Sugar Factory being our least favorite

-No valet -On our last visit we arrived a few hours after our set check-in time but for some reason our room was not ready. The lady at the desk was not very nice and made the statement “You will just have to wait and come back to check if your room is ready later”. She gave no length of time to wait or any further instructions. When we finally walked back about an hour later to check she. Made the statement that the room has been ready for 45 minutes. Needless to say we were pissed. That was our first experience like that in years.

Great location and good restaurants inside the hotel property

The room were nice but in need of some updates especially the furniture.

Absolutely nothing. The staff was rude and dismissive the entire time in all areas

I booked a non smoking room with a tub. Upon arrival I was given a smoking room with a shower. Told the woman at the desk that the reservation was wrong she said nothing she could do about it. The room smelled of marijiana. Checked online to see if a nonsmoking room with tub was available and it was for the same price. Went to pull no waitress came by for over an hour. When I went to the bar two not one but two of the specialty drinks could not be made. Went to check out and was told the bellmen were busy. Called back after 1100 when the maid ask us to leave so they could clean the room called back tho the desk and was told they were busy and she would send the request again . My wife was waiting in front of the hotel and seen no bellmen come out when she seen one she asked how long it would be he said they had received no request. The valet was closed the entire time and we were told we could go park across the street on the other side of a construction zone. So no the stay was a complete annoyance and lack of any resemblance of service. The staff should be ashamed.

Clean and very vibrant. The restraints served great food. Highly recommend the Hard Rock Cafe for breakfast and burgers. The half shell oyster house has great seafood and sushi.

Flooded during the rain and most restraints inside were closed.
