The bathroom had see thru doors when the lights are on. I had my son, daughter in law and my adult grandson staying with me. We had to somehow put a sheet over the door which was very hard since we had no nails to hang it up. The price was outrageous and I did not see any notification about the kind of doors the hotel had. Those kind of doors are for newlyweds and couples not a family. Will never stay here again.

"Great for a Girl’s Trip!"

Booking did not allow me to edit the number of guests staying in my room. Upon checking in, Hard Rock did allow it and they were wonderful about it. They gave us enough keys and were very kind.

I didn’t like that the refrigerator froze everything we put in there. I also didn’t like that they never came to change the trash or bring clean towels. We had to go find the cleaning staff to ask for those things.
