Baansuan Amaleena

The NICEST host we’ve had all through our travels of Asia! Amaleena greeted us with open arms and made sure we were refreshed from the heat with a drink, fresh mango from her garden and some sweet Thai treats! We had a lovely conversation and were shown to our room which was spacious, so clean and had lovely A/C! Would definitely recommend! Two minute walk from beaches and some restaurants too!

We loved our stay on Koh Yao Noi! The most beautiful island, we wish we had more time here. Amalena was the sweetest host and treats you like family rather than customers. Please try the mango sticky rice for breakfast because honestly I can’t stop thinking about how good it was! Amalena offers to organise anything you need, we did an island hopping trip and omg it was so good! We had a private boat which wasn’t even that exciting expensive so we could just spend our own time at each place, would highly recommend. Extra is a good place for food, drinks and live music which is 2 minutes down the hill. The sunset bar which is up the hill is also amazing to watch the sunset and have a cocktail. We also hired a moped but unfortunately my partner had an accident straight away on it and we spent a whole day in the hospital/hospitals as we had to go to the mainland. Please please, if you haven’t driven a moped before, get someone to show you how to use it safely, don’t try and guess yourself :(

Amaleena and Ron we fabulous hosts! They were caring and so wonderful! The coffee and breakfast were FANTASTIC! We felt so comfortable! We appreciated all the little extras and treats! What a wonderful place! They went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were sad to leave! Loved the quiet, the staff and the hornbills!!!

Nice bungalow with comfortable big bad and pretty bathroom. 5 min by foot from Pasai beach. Super nice and helpful owner with nice cafe. You can rent scooters and we did a nice boat trip.
