The owner is very nice and helpful. The room was also very nice but unfortunately very noisy at night. But good quality for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property is quietly located in a green and peaceful setting, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped – especially the air conditioning worked perfectly, the internet was reliable, and there was always hot water. The breakfast was also delicious and varied.

The nearby road can be a bit noisy depending on traffic, and the temple in the vicinity can also be quite loud at times. The hotel is located a bit outside the center of Mirissa or Weligama, but in a beautiful and tranquil environment. One negative point was the broken balcony door, which couldn’t be properly closed.

The room was clean and spacious, although it lacked of some furniture like bedside tables and a rack for luggages. The views from the room on the first floor were beautiful and you could spot the train passing during the day. Breakfast was really tasty. Communication with the host was easy via WhatsApp.

The room is quite basic and could be improved with some additional furniture. It is not soundproof so if you're a light sleeper might be difficult to fall asleep. The laundry service was quite expensive for the quality of it so we would recommend choosing a laundry in town.

The service here is incredible! We initially booked for 2 nights and instead extended our stay to 3 because we loved it! The staff were incredibly helpful with any queries we had, they did our laundry for a good price. We had plenty of hot water and the air conditioning was nice and quiet. The location was super peaceful too, there’s a scooter/Tuk tuk rental shop just a couple of minutes walk from the place which makes it easy to rent a scooter to get into and out of mirissa. I would really recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, and calm experience just outside of the business of mirissa’s high street.

Absolutely stunning. Owners are so nice. Breakfast is amazing. Bed is comfortable, good AC. 10/10 would recommend.

You get what you pay for, it is a basic room. The AC did not really blow cold air. The curtains don't block any light. The toilet was low quality. And although the breakfast was nice, you have to wait a very long time until it is served. And the location is far. You need your own transportation, otherwise it is just too far.

Everything you need, clean, great location, friendly staff and the price is more than great!

The owners are really friendly! Breakfast is amazing, we got different breakfast everyday! Location is a bit far from city center but if you have a scooter or car its not an issue! We also love the view!
