Some of the reviews were misleading- this is not a quiet place even though it’s far from the city, you can hear every car and tuktuk passing the street.

Welcoming relaxed, safe atmosphere. Away from the hassle and bustle but only a 400 rupees tuktuk drive away from sunset beach. Loads of nature surrounding you. Local cafe and shop opposite property. Included breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again.

An excellent breakfast - different each day. Very kind hosts who gave us tea on arrival l, very helpful. Little brown dog is very sweet who likes to come and visit. A wholesome place.

Loved the location. Close enough to Tuk tuk to Mirissa or Weligama, but far enough that you get away from the loud parties and late night noises. Peaceful nights, caressed by the sounds of the night crickets and morning bird chirps. Owners and workers are incredibly kind and super quick to respond.

The people who work there, specially the lady, there were very nice and helpfully. For any request we had. They were happy to help. The place is nice, a bit far from the beach, but also that make it quietly and more peaceful. Had a nice view and the train pass every since wich make it special, yo can see it from the balcony. You are surrounded by nature, which is very nice. Even you are a bit more apart from the beach, it still very easy to get a tuk tuk or someone to drive you back to the hotel.

Clean homestay near a rice field, owners very nice, room very clean and cozy, wifi good.

Nothing to mention, the place is a bit far from Mirissa and sometimes it's difficult to find a tuktuk. But it is quieter, I liked it.

The ambience, the owner (Bani ) I dnt know her husband's name but both guys were awesome in helping you out always .very welcoming and accommodating, the house is very clean spotless nice view not humid ..small shop in front of it so buy urgent stuff

The internet was the issue but Bani also helped me by giving her sim so u can use data to sort out internet issue

Ahhh we really loved it here. Would recommend renting a bike so you can go easily between Weligama and Mirissa. Our hosts were perfect. Great breakfasts (we especially loved the Sri Lankan option - one of the best breakfasts on our trip). They gave us good recommendations for snorkeling and surfing. The views were just incredible and we'll never forget the sound of the bugs and birds there. Would definitely go back.
