"Clean and comfortable hotel with nice pool."

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Pool was great. We were travelling out of season so there were limited options for breakfast and in the restaurant, which was understandable but disappointing.

Great location by the river. Silent retreat, lovely peaceful environment. Close to airport. Will return back to same place in the future.

"Great pools & hot shower, but needs better management of cleanliness standards"

The 2 swimming pools and the well kept gardens Hot shower in bathroom.

Bathroom - poor attention detail with cleaning quality - There were lots of hairs left on the tiles in the shower. One of the towels was brownish not white in colour, luckily one was nice clean white so I just used that one. Housekeeping needs to take these old stained towels out of use/circulation. Breakfast - the cups for tea and coffee were very dirty, lots of brown marks on them, clearly not washed in a dishwasher. Wifi not working

"General stay was comfortable and staff is good, only suggestion is they could put better lighting on the pathway leads"

Location

Gps address located, and the entrance to the resort should be paved for safe walking and should display visible name boards for people coming from both directions so they don’t miss even if Gps location misses.
