nothing. The hotel was horrible. Sheets were dirty and stained. Dust was all over the room. The bottles refilled with water were dirty. The restaurant was the least plsce anyone would want to eat. We were given a menu with insects smashed in it and all oily. This made us decide to immediately leave the structure, check out.

Everything. Location on booking is MISLEADING!!! it’s actually 20 mins drive from the airport instead in the map it shows it’s super close. The hotel was a horrible experience. Sheets were dirty and stained. Dust was all over the room. The bottles refilled with water were dirty. The restaurant was the least plsce anyone would want to eat. We were given a menu with insects smashed in it and all oily. This made us decide to immediately leave the structure, check out. After we informed the receptionist about our choice and we showed all we are including in this review, all he could offer was a room change and additionally he made us pay 1 euro for 1 cola we ordered earlier. This is all they had to offer to repay us back. Embarassing considering it’s a 4 star. We had to ask to have a free ride to the new hotel since they offer free transfers to the airport and our new hotel was right there which in the first place was denied and we had to really insist in order to receive it. We expect a full refund plus damage for losing our time here.

Hotel is relatively close to airport and that was one of the reasons why I chose it. I’ve booked private villa with pool as I wanted to spend two nights in peace and just relax. The villa was super clean and very beautiful and same the pool although water was super cold thanks to the fact that there is no really sun throughout the day. Bathroom in the villa is lovely with no mold at all. All resort seems very peaceful and nice. I have had a few serious issues with my stay but have to admit that all was sorted after serious talk with manager which I highly appreciate!

- Sheets weren’t clean and I asked them to be changed, which was done just partly (they still left pillow cases with stains and hair) - Although the villa is private and there is sign above it, two times some other guests came to have a look so no privacy really (not problem of the hotel but rude guests) - dinner which I order wasn’t cooked properly and chicken was raw - as a person who has to have gluten free diet I wasn’t happy that buffet at the breakfast was without labels - despite of the fact that I have made appointment for massage stuff didn’t come on time and after 45 min they came to villa with explanation that they went for breakfast and over message I was told that therapist were waiting for me and I was in wrong place (nope, not true). I asked to talk to manager and showed him all photos of sheets and dinner as this was really serious issue from my perspective. He took it seriously and we managed to came to some agreement and solution. I hope it won’t happen again to future guests as this place is seriously beautiful with huge potential!

L'accueil très chaleureux à l'accueil pourtant tard le soir. Un repas avait été mis de côté pour nous. De manière général, un personnel attentif. L'intérêt de cet établissement est la proximité de l'aéroport. Le lieu est très vert et agréable. Il y a une belle piscine très peu fréquentée et donc dont on pu disposée comme si elle était privatisée.

Seul bémol : le bruit dans la soirée car il y a des rassemblements familiaux avec musique.
