The staff obviously get a commission, they’re v determined to make you spend more and more. Ask for anything, it’s either not possible or after further discussion, upon payment.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a so-called *5-star property*. Despite calling the service desk multiple times, there was **no response or assistance for hours**. The final shock came when a **fresh lizard’s tail with blood, still trembling in pain**, actually fell **on the bed** — something unimaginable in any decent accommodation, let alone a luxury property. When I asked for a refund, the management casually called it a *“petty issue”* and said my booking was *non-refundable*. Their only solution was to move me to a cottage room — no apology, no accountability, nothing. When I said I didn’t wish to stay and asked for my luggage, it **took them over 30 minutes just to bring my bags from the room**, leaving me waiting and completely helpless. So now I’m **leaving the property with no refund**, stranded and searching for another hotel to stay in. **Worst experience of my life.** Absolutely unacceptable for any property, let alone one claiming to be 5-star. Avoid this place at all costs.

Nice vegetarian spread, outside seating since we were with a pet

Charges for the pet upto 10 kg of Rs 3000 plus gst is a bit on the higher side..they can make it little flexible depending on the size of the pet or whether we want food n bed for the pet

The facilities provided especially pick/drop inside premises is not proper and improper.
