Mis managed and no welcome for guest and extensive delay in checkin

very indonesian look , nice distance away from pushkar, nice area around bar .

room was tiny with no view lots of cost cutting . very stingy on toilet paper ( only 1 role ) inadequate amount of towels and toileteries . shower had black mould , lacked proper cleaning . Check in was a long painful process, Yet lots of staff milling around, but no efficiency . Likewise for the breakfast , So many members of staff but no one serving , welcoming etc , cold tea and coffee when it eventually arrived . Real issue is lack of training and management is poor . Relieved we only stayed one night .

We were initially given a room like garage with very small window and almost covered with some other wall . When we refused to stay then they have shown a room with better window which was not ready even at 3 pm . Finally we have to upgrade by paying 6000/- extra . Not sure whether it wad there tactic to induce customers for upgradation and get higher money. In between some staff ware trying to explain that all the classical room are like that but it wax mentioned as such room will be with mountain view. Overall not enjoyed the stay as felt not fairly treated.

Location was decent and closer to the main Pushkar market

The staff was inexperienced and rude. Property levy extra charges on recreational activities. In house dining and drinks charges are exceptionally high and the service is really bad.
