Worst ever experience with Ananta Pushkar.

The managemnet of the hotel is worse. It seems that the front desk staff have never received any training on customer relations. Rude staff, stinking rooms, non-cooperative hotel staff. It was a 2-night 3 3-day nightmare for my family. They ruined my vacation after charging us so heavily. Will never recommend anyone to visit this property.

The place is beautiful. We always stay here! Great location, great food.

Staff couldn't manage the amount of people that were arriving over the weekend. We had to wait half n hour for our rooms during which time we were asked to show our ids twice. Mismanagement. Then I asked for a dental kit and shaving it. I got the dental kit after multiple phone calls and never received the shaving kit. Poor service.

Serene garden, good food

Bad service from staff. Some of the many examples: - upon arrival at 1pm we had to wait until 3 pm for checkin and then we still had to call for towels. - no bath mat - asked for additional duvet upon arrival- never received - called 15 min before check out if luggage could be picked up. Did not show untill I walked to reception and asked again. Pool. I was expecting a serene and quiet pool NOT! - very loud people and hotel music - pool water quality was bad (white and not clear)
