Everything was how we expected 😊 food in restaurant delicious.

The Ex.1 it was our stay, but unfortunately no window to open. Open for fresh air, but most importantly in case of fire no other exists. No window ( windows) to open, or a back up door in case of emergency.In case main door it is locked ( or more dangerous) we can't use other exists.

Very bad price/value ratio

We booked the Executive Suite and it was lovely! Lots of space and a great view to wake up to everyday. We took the northern lights tour two days in a row, we were lucky that both nights we saw the lights very lightly in the sky during the tour around senjas best viewing spots, rather ironically each night when we arrived back at the hotel the whole sky lit up. So we managed to see an amazing show for minutes both nights we were at the hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and helped a lot, but they were off duty from 11pm after which you were on your own, as well as the fact that they were closed for lunch. But they did supply an out of hours phone number and offered room service at lunch. The shared jacuzzi was not in operation. Or atleast we couldn’t figure out how to use it.

Breakfast was awesome! Brown cheese was served & it was a great spread. The windows for viewing were fantastic. Clean! They made it special upon request for a 40th bday. We rented a hot tub one night. That’s a must.

The lock to the apartment door. You need 2 hands & it took about 20 trys. Even trying to leave from the inside was hard. The bed was 2 small beds put together. One queen bed would have been nicer.

The location ia great, the view from the room was amazing!

The breakfast was cold, some of the food and the water ran out and there is no stuff to ask for

Beautiful views through the large windows in the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The only good thing about this place is the location.

The place is a total disappointment and it’s hugely overpriced given the standard they offer. Only one widow can be opened (and only a tiny bit!) and there’s no AC, so on a sunny day it’s very hot and stuffy inside. Their website shows a selection of luxury apartments but in fact, the place has nothing to do with luxury. The furniture, faucets and shower are of extremely low quality, and so is the shampoo & shower gel. Breakfast is the worst we’ve had in Norway (and we've spent six weeks road tripping through the country and staying in many different places) - low quality products, very limited selection, dry scrambled eggs, and very dry and spongy bread (we had a much better breakfast in a hostel!). The check out time is 10, even though the breakfast is served from 9 to 11… It is definitely a place to avoid!!!
