Aurora Borealis Observatory

The location it's amazing, there isa perfect view and we were lucky enough to see an amazing aurora. The rooms/apartment are 5 minutes walking distance from the restaurant. We were in the king suite and the view from the living room and from the bed room were simply amazing.

I booked the king suite and the big bathroom was without carpet and all the accessories were missing. There was not tv. The service at the restaurant, they brought the soup without the spoon and we had to wait 5 minutes for it, we have asked the bred and they brought the bred at the end of the dinner.

The bedroom , we rent the whole house but the bathroom was so old, the door couldn’t locked and water not hot

Amazing views of the fjord! The food was delicious and the barn restaurant beautiful! Our suite room was gorgeous and modern. We went on a Northern lights tour with staff and went xx skiing and snowshoeing. We saw the northern lights dancing and will never forget it!

Really bad experience

Not clean, the sheets weren't changed for our stay, we found a lot of hair in our bed, quite disgusting. Not enough staff, we couldn't believe there was no staff at the reception, we had to call to ask anything. They said the chef in the restaurant was ill, but no food at all in the middle of everything, we couldn't go into the town centre, everything was closed. Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am, it's a joke! Another joke is that breakfast is open at 9am, doesn't make sense.

Parking closer to the room, breakfast buffet was picked over and there was tables in the location of the dining room to sit, seemed a little disorganized.

Location and the size of the property

The room, the price we paid for it and how badly it was equipped and furnitures. Lighting was awful.
