The property has great view

Too hot for the summer might need a fan.

A super place to spend the night or a couple of days. Very well presented and new with everything you need in the apartment. Bigger than expected. Great views. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating.

It was too hot in the sitting area of the apartment because of the strong skylight. Could only open the window in the bedroom.

Stayed in the Old Farm House, lots of room for a family of 4. Your own jacuzzi and good kitchen facilities.

Some outside furniture would have been nice on the patio.

Nice apartments

Had some problems with the tub. A little hard to find on arrival. A sign pointing to the location from the main road would be helpful.

Location was beautiful. Hot tub and main living areas were nice. Breakfast and dinner available were nice, restaurant was nice also.

They had lost the key to the villa and so we needed to leave the door unlocked whilst we went out. The blinds were broken and couldn’t go up which disrupted the view. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was bobbled from lots of use and was uncomfortable to lay on. The whole place was quite dirty; bed sheets were old and stained. Pillows were also very old and thin, and you only receive one small pillow per guest. Window was smashed and almost all the furniture was old and chipped. There was no mini bar, despite being advertised. Also problem with bath tap meaning it would drain by itself, would also only get enough hot water for one bath. I have contacted regarding a partial refund, as this is definitely not what you expect when paying £3500 for 3 nights, but they have not got back to me at all. I have complained to customer service who have reached out to them also but they declined the refund to them also.

The view , the barn restaurants and the food

Too hot in the rooms without possibility of opening the window and no airco, no parking near the room only by the reception, almost impossible to walk iced roads and slopes. Room too essential for the price , no bathrobes or complementary toiletteries. Flimsy furniture and not well assembled.
