Aurora Borealis Observatory

View from windows is excellent! Design of the place is very nice! And a perfect surprise that hair dryer had diffuser for curly hair! 👩🏽‍🦱

Apartment is perfect for aurora observation during winter but in the summer time you cannot fully cover windows in the living room which is also bedroom if you are traveling 2+ people. So it was very bright all night long. Jacuzzi was working but was not clean and had too little water to use it. And shower in our apartment was also little „used”… and restaurant was closed - is only open in winter / season time…

Paid 470€ for a room with jacuzzi. The room was nice but the hot tub was cold (25C at 10pm) and not usable. I tried to e-mail regarding the issue, but have received no reply within a week.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Dinner menu had limited options, but was very tasty.

The shuttle is only free if booked from the hotel's website. We ended up having to pay over 220 euros just to get from the airport to the hotel for 2 people. No sauna or hot tub (only there for few rooms).

Absolutely stunning views of the Aurora Borealis from our room and outside in our jacuzzi. Lovely spacious apartments with a fantastic fireplace and truly panoramic windows. Loved the barn area with it's cute restaurant.

no wi-fi, power went out a few times, only enough hot water for two showers - otherwise need to wait 60 minutes

Breakfast was the same everyday. The timeframe was limited, esp when you're up at all hours looking for the aurora. The dinner menu was also the same everyday. So limited. The staff in general, when they could be found was not very welcoming. The snow on the stairs was not taken care of on a daily basis. It was dangerous walking up and down to our unit. Their website descriptions did not match up to the actual experience.
