Peaceful and many spots to relax. Very friendly and attentive staff

Evening menu didn't have many vegetarian options, so we ate elsewhere more than we expected but requires taxi to get to places due to location (which we knew when booking)

The hospitality was amazing Humphrey and the rest of the staff was amazing Sara was quite accommodating as we have a night flight The food was delicious

The food is amazing but every once and then, they didnt have consistency You like something today, tomorrow they don’t have it. That was the only bummer but the stay was amazing

The food

The atmosphere. Very relaxed, client orientated en well taking care of place (well maintained). The pool wa s nice. The breakfast and al la carte dinner were also very good. One can feel and notice this place is made with attention, style and love.

I knew before it is an outside bathroom (Ibiza/Bali style). Fits well to the place, but I liked it less. Less feeling or privacy, but more over muscitos if you have to go out at night. Wifi connection was less good than I had expected. The road to the hotel Is a very bad dirt road and it is a 15 minutes walk to the beach.

The staff were excellent with attention to detail, the pool was incredible. Food was amazing. I was really able to relax and enjoy my time at Zen. Thank you Sarah and the whole Zen team for making our time memorable in Zanzibar.

It was all fabulous.

It’s clean, beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. On my birthday they surprise me with floating breakfast and my bed was well decorated. I appreciated that so much because I was not expecting it.

The admin of getting to the resort was a lot, the roads are not good and you cannot walk to restaurants because is not close to anything.No access to the beach, it’s deadly and quiet. No music is played or entertainment on site. So it gets boring and a bit lonely especially at night. Also the bed was too stiff. Their in-house restaurant has no people and is too quiet too. I suggest they should consider bringing live bands for tourist attractions. The food was excellent!!

Absolument tout. La déco, l’esprit , mais surtout la gentillesse de toute l’équipe . B

Seul bémol. Il est assez excentré . Il faut 20 minutes de marche pour aller à la première plage de jambiani. Cela dit avec des scooters c’est plutôt sympa. Et se retrouver au calme le soir après une journée d’excursion est très agréable .

I have no words to describe what a wonderful vacation I had in this resort. The resort is beautiful. Build with a heart full of love. Thank you Ty and Sarah. And their team. Oohhhh❣️❣️❣️ What a team. Beautiful people. M J. Humphrey, Jackline, Fahad, Easy , Sawadi. Desmond. I can go on. They made our vacation the best ever. I will definitely be back. The rest, peace you receive here. It's just splendid. I will miss that. Zen Boutique Resort is just A place I call home from now on . Thank you so much. Oh and the chefs from the kitchen. I wish I could bring them home with me. Thank you 1 million times. I travel a lot around the world, but this vacation, this resort, will always me my number 1. I will definitely be back and I will bring others with me. Thank you again.
