"Gem in Mauritius, once in lifetime holiday"

Fantastic location, staffs very professional but also friendly with our son 2years old, beautiful environment, pools and garden very well maintained and pristine condition, restaurant delivering tasty and quality meals, for adults and kids, very nice suite, bedroom and outdoor terrasse facing beach 10ft away. And many more details nowhere else seen before resulting overall with an unforgettable stay.

Our son had some skin infections (not related with hotel) and nurse based in hotel informed she could only direct us towards the clinic (Clinique du Nord) she is employed by, 1h30min away whereas some other clinics and hospitals are much closer. Therefore we liaised with reception to organize trip to pediatrician in closer clinic. And met experienced skilled and very caring professional. Such system is Disappointing, this feels to be start of medical organization's giving priority to business and some private clinic deploying medical staff at hotels to attract patient clients.

I booked a room for a family with a baby of 1 years old and they gave us a room on first floor that could be assess only by stairs. So was forced to carry pushchair up & down the stairs all the time. Not practical when you are on holiday.
