Situation géographique excellente (coucher de soleil sur lagon merveilleux). L'accueil, le service et les soins apportés à nos attentes toujours satisfaits. Chris, Alain et Brandon nous ont merveilleusement fait oublié tous les petits tracas...

Sur place j'ai fait part de quelques améliorations qui étaient possible pour rendre l'expérience dans l'hôtel encore plus merveilleuse: notemment sur la qualité des cocktails (gout et présentation). Ce qaui a été immédiatement pris en compte, merci. Le personnel des restaurants doit être plus attentif aux clients, respecter leur commande, ne pas servir Monsieur et plus tard Madame par exemple... Aussi très gênant, ne pas pouvoir se connecter au téléviseur en HDMI pour gérer nos outils numériques sur place et visualiser nos photos et vidéos.

"A Perfect Mauritius Getaway"

Exceptional stay at LUX* Le Morne. The location is breathtaking, with a beautiful beach and stunning views of Le Morne mountain. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with great variety and quality at every meal. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We would happily return.

One small area for improvement would be providing a brief resort orientation or tour upon arrival. As first-time guests, it would have been helpful to receive a short introduction to the facilities, restaurants, activities, and key services available throughout the property. This would have made it even easier to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer from day one.

Geweldige locatie, goed eten en drinken, zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer.

De zee heeft veel koraal dus waterschoenen mee! Verder alles prima!

"Cozy stay"

The entire hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and have such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The bars are stylish and beautifully designed, and the food was incredibly delicious. What truly made our stay special was the staff—everyone was so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place!
