Hospitality,location,staff and cleanliness. Fixed buffet menu for breakfast and lunch which had decent options for veg. Complementary high tea was also provided They also acknowledged our request to extend pool timings a bit. Overall a great experience

We are given a room near the entrance , so we have to climb up till the reception,pool and restaurant every time for food and recreation activities .It was a bit difficult with kids although they provide room service for everything
