Jonathan Spa Estate

The location was fabulous, and the staff was great. It was an amazing getaway from the city, allowing my partner and I to take a break from everyday life.

I liked that it felt like we are alone in this amazing place eventhough we weren’t the only ones. The stuff was very helpful with any question/request. I liked it not big hotel with a lot of people, it is big enough but feels very intimate. Very fancy, isolate, quiet and relaxing

Calm and relaxing environment. Private atmosphere, as we stayed on a working day and only one more room was booked. Extra soft bed mattress (might seem too soft for some though). Possibility to book a great massage (for an extra cost) – also a pregnancy massage. The area where the hotel is located is worth to have a walk around – nature, forest, birds, also some spooky abandoned houses...

The price-quality relation could be better – especially for the SPA facilities. The outside jacuzzi could have been cleaner and its water fresher. The Hammam was under construction, so only one sauna available. Overall, in some parts the facility seemed to need some refreshening touch. The communication of the staff (before the arrival) could be more supportive/clearer – we wanted to pre-book massages, yet eventually did it after arrival.

We did enjoy our stay in total at Jonatan SPA, everything was well organised. Good location and the views of beautiful nature. Also staff there was very kind and friendly. SPA area was very relaxfu and organised with good service and soft drinks. Also the dinner was 10 of 10, very tasty and well served by stuff. About the breakfast it was even better, food was very good and in the right timing served. Very professional and friendly staff. We definitely will come back and recommend this place to our friends. There is need to refresh the hotel, especially the spa zone.
