Jonathan Spa Estate

The location was superb. The room was beautiful and clean. We a had a big dog with us and there was no problem with that. The staff were nice.

There was an ashtray full of cigarette ends on the balcony from the previous visitors. The jacuzzi was very dirty. We had to wait for the breakfast for 22 minutes, although it was agreed at what time the breakfast will be served. The scrambled eggs that arrived then were cold and unflavoured. You could serve some bread with the cheese and meat plates.

Excellent spa center with great massages available. The location of the hotel is both lovely and unique, and definitely worth experiencing.

The restaurant could use some work, especially given the pricing and the fact that there are no alternatives nearby. Dinner was okay but not quite on the level you would expect at a five-star hotel. Breakfast was quite simple, with basic ingredients, but not bad.

Great place. Great service and facilities very good food. Perfect place to be here and now :)

The location was nice, but there were few things to do.

The price-quality ratio is very out of place. A spa hotel where only some saunas work should lower the price. The prices in the restaurant were excessively expensive, the food was not worth the price. We had to wait over an hour for the food, and that in a situation where there were not many visitors. Menu with a very small selection. A large and apparently dangerous dog was walking around freely in the restaurant. It is not possible to have a meal at a time convenient for the visitor. You can only book in advance. There is no option for a light meal - for example, coffee and cake or salad. There was no possibility to make coffee and tea in the room. The massage service was incomplete. The Sungiit room is just a publicity stunt. The hotel claimed to be a 5 star hotel but in reality it is not. The staff is not interested in visitors. They give the impression that the visitor is not welcome here. The spa complex is outdated and some things are broken, as well as some saunas are not in working order. By the pool there is a button "call a waiter", but no one answers the call. There is no normal hot water in the room. Only ice-cold or scalding hot water comes out of the tap, I only managed to adjust it for a moment and then the water decided by itself whether it was scalding hot or scalding cold. Certainly the hotel prices are unreasonably high (both accommodation and food), but the service is not worth the price.
