Wir wurden direkt am Steg mit dem Satz „Willkommen im Paradies“ empfangen und von da ab wurde versucht uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, kompetent und immer hilfsbereit, wenn man Fragen oder Wünsche hatte. Der Hotelmanager Wayan hat uns gleich zu Beginn darauf hingewiesen, das man in diesen klimatischen Verhältnissen viel trinken muss und es wurde beim Essen immer das Wasserglas kostenlos aufgefüllt. Auf den Zimmern stand ein Wasserspender für kaltes und warmes Wasser (perfekt für Tee oder Kaffee). Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr schön gestaltet. Wir hatten die Villa Amanda und die war der Hammer! Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn-/ Esszimmer und ein toller privater Pool. Das Essen mit Blick auf das Meer bietet ein besonderes Flair! Direkt am Steg des Hotels gibt es ein sehr schönes Korallenriff (mit blauen Korallen), das noch nahezu intakt ist. Für ganz tolle Korallengärten empfiehlt sich ein Bootsausflug zu den kleineren Inseln in der Nähe, der Vorort leicht organisiert werden kann. Vielen Dank an das komplette Kokomo Team, es war ein wunderschöner und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!

Location | Aesthetic | Comfort | Service | Details | Delicious food served with a genuine desire to ensure that everything was just right | staff are so lovely - can’t do enough for you without being overbearing, almost felt uncomfortable being waited on because the staff were so willing and happy to serve, each time we arrived at the end of the jetty or came back from a outing, someone was always offering chilled water on your return… crazy level of attentiveness! Communication from staff and reception excellent 👌🏼

Die Lage ist optimal, direkt am Anlegesteg. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen (not for free 🙈) aber es hat sich gelohnt. Die Villa war sehr schön, großzügig, mit eigenem Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders Indra der Kellner war sehr bemüht. Hervorragendes Essen.

Die Anlage ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen und mit etwas Farbe und neuen Dielenböden am Pool, würde es freundlich und nett aussehen. Das Restaurant sieht nicht sehr einladend aus.
