Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

The staff is beyond amazing, the food was wonderful, and the property feels so private. The beach is essentially private, so it just guests of the hotel which is really great. The food at the buffet for breakfast and lunch was absolutely wonderful. Dinner at specialty restaurants was also astoundingly tasty. But what takes the cake is the staff. This was perhaps the best customer service at a resort we have experienced. Everyone showed such a desire to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. We started to get recognized at our usual sport which made us feel great. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. This was our 6th all inclusive trip at different resorts, and I am at a loss of words to explain how great the staff was.

This is a wonderful resort. My wife and I spent our 33rd wedding anniversary at the resort. Service and Staff were fantastic and property is beautiful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great views. Side note we originally had our honeymoon at the property 33 years ago and Hyatt has done a fantastic job modernizing it. Overall, very satisfied and will be back

Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the food was incredible from start to finish. We met so many wonderful people and truly had a lovely, memorable time. A special shout-out to Joshua, our bartender, and Israel, our server. They were absolutely wonderful at their jobs and made our experience even more special with their kindness and great service. This resort truly felt like a home away from home, and we will definitely be coming back!

This was our first time traveling to Mexico and also first time at an all inclusive hotel. If you want to have a good time in Puerto Vallarta, I would defintely recommend the Hyatt Ziva. From the moment we got there we were greeted and welcomed by staff. Staff welcome us by saying, "welcome to your home" which was interesting but when we left we understood why they say that when you arrive. It truly felt like we were at home. Staff were great and were alwasy very friendly, professional and helpful. Food and drinks were in abundance. we really enjoyed the pizza offered at the Italian restaurant during lunch hours. I think we ate pizza everyday. The buffet was good enough to grab something to eat and we made sure to eat at all the restaurants on property. Each had its own charm. Wait times were not too long. If you donʻt want to wait in line, go early to dinner. But if you have to wait, the longest wait time we had was 30 minutes at Blaze since we got a late start. We waited for about 15 minutes at the mexican restaurant but were able to have drinks at the bar until our table was ready. We got to know some of the staff well. A few of them gave us some small gifts when we left which was very thoughtful. Lastly, the spa was great. We spent 5 of our 6 day staff at the spa. Truly a memorable experience. Again this was our first time at an all inclusive so not sure how it stacks up against other hotels that offer the same but we had a great time at Hyatt Ziva.

Humberto at the Mexican Restaurant Casa Grande was FANTASTIC. Very attentive, top notch service with a smile!!! Ask to be in his section!

Kevin gave us a tremendous guided kayak tour! Recommend this! Scenic views and safely guided. Singles and doubles kayaks available.

This place exceeded our expectations! We were in a swimup room and if you are looking for a fun and relaxing vacation, I highly recommend that. The view from your pool and patio are unbelievable. We could listen to the waves and watch the whales right from our room! Adrian at the beach bar was top notch delivering us drinks the entire time we were in our swimup and we met some fun and amazing couples staying there, too, and had a blast. It was a smaller resort, which we really appreciated, and nothing is a far walk. I cannot wait to go back!

A big group of friends stayed at the Hyatt Ziva, all told there were 12 of us. The staff was wonderful at every step. Georgina got us all set up in advance with cabana and spa reservations. Jose, Adrian, and Fernando were the staff on the beach and kept our cabanas well stocked and made sure we had all the drinks we wanted. Our friend group has made this trip a tradition and we are already looking forward to next year
