Excellent staff, beautiful and historic decor. Nice athletic Club. Great coffee machine. Comfortable bedding.

Need a few more toiletries. More variety for hot breakfast would be nice.

"Absolutely magical hotel and staff."

It was beautiful, elegant and everyone was so friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing! And we loved the steam room.

I didn’t like that the hot springs were completely open to the public without a section saved for just guests. The pool chairs were gone so early.

Loved the Hot Springs Lodge. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, cleaning staff, pool staff and breakfast dining staff.

A bit expensive per night (over $400 for 3 guests, 2 double beds). Also, it was very noticeable to us that the doors near the breakfast dining area and also main entrance to pool were not kept clean. It may be good to clean those areas more frequently. Unclean with fingerprints and dirt.
