The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the room was small the bed were comfortable and linen provided was perfect for a cold winters night.

This facility did not provide us with the usual guest card that comes with accommodation in Switzerland giving free public transport and entrance to local museums etc.

Location to the river Rhine and the swimming pool.

We absolutely loved this campsite. The bus was handy to get there from the station as we were interrailing. What a setting, right next to the River Rhine, so beautiful. The gentleman who greeted us was so helpful and friendly, he showed us where the bus stop was, gave us plastic glasses for our wine and could not have been more helpful. There are so many facilities here we wished we were staying longer, tennis, ice skating and a swimming pool, what a fantastic place. We stayed in a wooden lodge and expected it to be basic but the beds were so comfortable, we were so handy for the toilets and they were immaculately clean. We would love to come back.

Nothing, it was amazing.

We had a very basic cabin, which was comfortable and ok for a couple of nights but there was a lack of facilities available for use. There was a shared camp kitchen but no pots and pans and no kettle and no fridge to put food/drinks in.

The addition of a fridge in the room or shared fridge in the kitchen and extra facilities such as a kettle, toaster and pots, pans and dishes would be a huge improvement. We got drenched in an unexpected rain shower and soaked through to our skin but there were no dryers available to use & the 'drying room' wasn't warm enough to dry our clothes & shoes.
