Kitchen utensils could be better

This was a very unique place to stay. Everything in Chur is expensive and this was the cheapest we could find. It is a campground located in an industrial part of town right next to the river. Many people park their campers here. It is a quiet part of town, with just the river for noise. The beds exceeded our expectations in the cabin. They were very comfortable and the bedding was plush and nice. The shower house was one of the largest I have seen and very clean. It was an interesting experience to stay in a campground.

It would have been nice to have an air conditioning unit or at least screens on the windows so you could leave the windows open all night without bugs getting in. The restaurant on site was pricey. It's not the easiest place to find. From the train station it is probably at 20 minute bus ride and then a 15 minute walk. I dont like that they charge you a small extra fee once you arrive. I wish they would just charge it all on booking.com.

It was my first "camping" experience, and I was impressed. Great location. Very clean, very comfortable beds, linens. Small room in the wooden house we stayed was warm and very nicely located (just in front of shared WC/SHOWER/KITCHEN/WASHING area). Parking of the car was just next to our house. Camping staff was very friendly and made us a fantastic breakfast next morning.
