The location was quiet and the snorkelling off the tiny beach was excellent. The hotel provides beach towels and snorkelling masks for free

The room next to ours was used as a storage base and was really unattractive to look at.

Perfect location. Beautiful view from my balcony! Amazing place to stay in! This hotel is located on the most beautiful beach of the island.

Great location situated on the beach

This property is in desperate need of a renovation the bathrooms are disgraceful. Rusty taps shower falls off the wall so did the air con key. Towels are like sandpaper. The staff here are great always helpful and such a great location. Just a shame the rate they charge isn’t being invested back in to the property.

Best location and beach in Ko Lipe. The beach feels really private, a nice little cove with a great view of the neighboring island. Great snorkeling. Right next to the fancier resorts that cost 2-4x as much. Our room had an amazing view as well. They have a shuttle to the downtown walking street but it's actually close enough to walk.

No real massage places nearby.

The location is the best. The beach in front of the hotel is the best in the whole island to me.

Unfortunately, many things: the AC is very old and doesn’t work properly; the cleaning service is deficient; the room doesn’t reflect what you are paying for (especially the bathroom, see pics); the wifi is deficient. It feels like the hotel got stuck in the 90s and no investment was done since then. My room was supposed to have view to the sea, yeah, right…

Breakfast was simple but good and fresh, nice fruit and really good eggs.

The bathrooms are clean but very simple.
