Friendly and helpful personell, as always in Thailand. Facilitiy is nicely placed on the more quiet part of the Sunrise beach.

The facilty is slowly falling apart due to lack of maitenance. Many broken things in the room (lamps, toiletpapper holder), very poor quality on the bed sheets, sun beds, towels. Cleaning is also poor, both inside the facilty and outside. Breakfast is as bad as wifi.

We loved this resort so much. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful with amazing sea view and balcony. The beach right there is the nicest on the whole island. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Free use of kayaks and snorkel gear was great. Loved everything
