So many activities and such a nice variety of activities, the magician

One elevator was broke the whole time I was there and the fact that the pool is closed for a day

The location was right next to the beach and close to all kinds of cute shops and restaurants

It was not very clean. Our bedding had food stains, and the bathtub was dirty, too. There was only one elevator working. Elevator that worked was very old and slow

Outdated resort,almost 3 days without working elevators in a 7 story building,no closet to hang clothes or put suitcases away,horrible mattress on the beds,dirty fan and air conditioner vents,a/c unit control doesn't work properly. Repair on walls and ceiling damage very poorly done ugly and nasty to look at.Blankets,sheets,towels,bed cover, and mattress need to be replaced asap they are in very poor condition as well.The maine hot tub had only 3 working jets working out of like 8 that it had.I being coming to this resort for more than 7 years and this has been the only time that I was not satisfied and happy with this place,and I was wondering what happened this last year that it changed so much.

The location was nice. It was close to restaurants and right by the beach. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The elevator took a long time. This was an inconvenience with kids and being on the 7th floor.

For the first 2 days NO working elevators, this is a 7 story building. On the 3rd day, 1 very small working elevator,the waiting period was ridiculous,unacceptable situation.The beds were horrible hard, and my bed had plywood between mattress and box spring.The room needs a lot of cosmetic work and it has no closet only drawers to put your clothes away no were to hang clothes or put your lugar away.This resort needs care and a total make over.It is outdated.Not my first visit here,but this time I was very disappointed.

The location was great, we were close to the things we wanted to do.

The elevator’s worked at various times, had to wait for the elevator when it was working. WiFi was hit and miss, when it worked it was very slow.

The hotel was great. It was right in the beach and the pool area was fantastic.

The only problem with the hotel were the elevators. There were two of them and one was out of order. The other on was very small and had problems with the door closing. We stood in line for over 30 minutes when we first checked in because everyone was checking in at the same time and had all of of luggage to take to the rooms. We were on the 7th floor so we couldn't really drag all of our stuff up that far. We did choose to take the stairs the majority of the rest of our stay but would've been nice to have more than one elevator.

Great Place to Stay. Everyone and Everything was the Best Place.

Nothing the Islander was PERFECT.
