The rooms were spacious and room service was good! Spa was amazing.

The pool was public, random strangers came and took selfies which made us very uncomfortable to even go in once. Reception staff were all terrible. Very impolite. Even asking asking for things, we waited hours before we got it.

This hotel has turned incompetence into an art form. From parking to breakfast, every single touchpoint screamed negligence, arrogance, and zero accountability. If you value your time, dignity, or even a decent cup of tea, avoid this place like the plague

If you value your time, dignity, or even a decent cup of tea, avoid this place like the plague This property has officially set the benchmark for how not to run a hotel. After nearly 20 visits, I can confidently say this was the most pathetic stay imaginable—and shockingly, it was my second consecutive disaster here. - Arrival & Parking: Forget valet. Security casually waved me off to dump my car on a back road. No courtesy, no assistance, just a dismissive “park it yourself.” - Check-in Chaos: The front desk looked like a fish market—disorganized, unwelcoming, and utterly clueless. No welcome drink, no tika, nothing. Apparently, basic hospitality is reserved only for “suited high-society guests.” - Luggage & Room: For the first time ever, the so-called escort asked us to carry our own bags. What kind of “service” is this? Entering the room was another shocker—no towels, no bathrobes, no toiletries. After begging, they arrived 30 minutes later. - Breakfast Disaster: Requested lukewarm water at entry, got it only after breakfast ended—thanks to a restaurant manager glued to his mobile phone. Staff inside, including a lady with striking cat eyes, looked bored and indifferent, as if guests were invisible. - Food Fiasco: Masala dosa arrived naked—no chutney, no sambar. Tea was the ultimate comedy. I asked for three cups without sugar. After an eternity, the first cup came loaded with double sugar. Complained, and the “manager” sent three mismatched cups, each with different quantities.

The food was excellent. We requested in-room service and thoroughly enjoyed the meal in complete privacy, just like delicious homemade food. We truly appreciated the greenery and the much cleaner air, which made the experience even more pleasant. After landing in Kolkata from UK, this was the first time I was able to breathe clean air without needing to wear a mask. The support staff were very friendly, helpful, and good-natured. We genuinely liked their warm hospitality.

The rooms and surrounding areas were average. The refrigerator was very old and did not cool properly. The AC vent was missing, the furniture was outdated, and one of the televisions was not functioning. Several amenities listed on Booking.com were not provided as expected. For instance, there were no slippers in the room, only one hand towel in each bathroom, and no floor towel provided for use after showering. An iron was also not available in the closet. The overall management needs improvement. Lunch was served very late—approximately one and a half hours after placing the order. The check-in process was not smooth due to heavy crowding, and the reception staff appeared unable to manage the situation efficiently.
