The location and serenity of the area

1. Upon arrival, the security staff were busy with their chit-chat and did not acknowledge us, offered no assistance with luggage. Though the luggage we were carrying was small and we did not required an assistance, just an acknowledgedment would be a right practise. This did give us a cold first impression. 2. At the reception, the associate assisting us did not greet us or display any warmth, making the interaction mechanical and unwelcoming. Only the staff member serving the welcome drink showed basic hospitality. 3. Room Condition: The room was handed over with the floor still wet from mopping, which forced us to wait outside for it to dry. This is unacceptable for a room released to guests. - There's some serious maintenance issue in the washroom- it was severely compromised. We found the floor clogged with stagnant water on arrival. That's when the houskeeping came for the first time. Later, turning on the washbasin caused water to gush out from the cabinet below, flooding the washroom again. Again the housekeeping and maintenance people came. Despite multiple visits by Housekeeping and Engineering, the issue remained unresolved. On the day of our departure, the washroom leakage worsened dramatically, with water flowing like a burst pipeline or like a waterfall. The washroom became completely unusable, turning what should have been a relaxing stay into a chaotic and stressful experience. We left the hotel without even freshing up. When we raised these issues with the Duty Manager, the only resolution offered was a late check-out or a room change at noon, neither of which addressed the magnitude of the inconvenience. 4. During dinner we were served stale rice with a foul smell. Initially, the restaurant manager tried to denied the issue, but later accepted the fault, which was deeply disappointing and raises questions about food hygiene and safety standards.

i reached at 9 pm at night. Still the staff told me room is not ready as earlier guest checked out late. After 1.5 hour, i was alloted room. This was a ridiculous experience with a 5 star property. The tariff is sky high with no breakfast no facilities.

I liked the quaint mud villa I stayed in

Too many weddings and too crowded

Mooie ruime locatie. Alleen ver van de stad. Goede ontbijt mogelijkheden.

Slechte schoonmaken van de badkamer.

The breakfast buffet was huge, and delicious.

The dinner was a bit too elaborate and not at all value for money.
