NZwe had to ask where to go and times for breakfast. hot and cold options were available 7am til 10am. there was no information in the rooms on what to do , where to go , heaps of brochures for ONE party tour, and no other information on hand.
communication on which room type we actually paid for vs what we got , was a struggle. but we did eventually get into the room we had paid for but it was a "complimentary upgrade'" from a hotel room vs a deluxe suite that we booked.
AUWe enjoyed our stay. Staff were exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location relaxing and quiet.

Lack of fans or cooler areas in the dining room area. No lounges on the ground floor near the tv screen.
NZBreakfast was simple but nice. Need more fresh fruits though. Staff are very friendly. Pool was beautiful too.
Room lock was very hard to open and close. No outside light was working so coming in dark was a struggle to get in. Room phone was not working so we had to walk to the reception all the time. Aircon needs upgrade . There was no wifi in the room which was a pain although booking . Com said rooms with wifi.
NZThe property was so nice and at a quiet place . It is far from Nadi and denoroa port but still worth to have a stay.
No wifi in the room . They mentioned it is available in the common areas but that’s not a fact. We need to go to reception to connect to the wifi and no fan or AC for the guests . No porter available while leaving the property. Kitchen and dining area- I bought my drinks 3 times in the evening but didn’t get any receipts for that. Only the staff told me to pay this bill. Not sure why was that. Only the Peni the chef is an awesome guy. Every time we go for a breakfast, he comes to meet us . While check out at the reception, they asked to bring our pool towels back to the reception. Our room where we were staying was too far from there. I again went back to my room and given the towels back. They can easily ask their cleaners for that .

Power outage in bathroom and private pool water circulation was not working despite being told to housekeepingand also at reception. Lack of menu choices in dinner.
CAPerfect place to recover for a couple of nights after a long flight on route to New Zealand. It is a bit isolated but we only wanted to sleep and lay in the sun. Very few people there. So quiet. Staff very friendly and food was decent.
NZA hidden gem. Adults only resort set away from anywhere. Beautifully set out grounds with a swimming lagoon front on the doorstep
As usual with Fiji the wifi was crap and very patchy. The food was limited. They said because it was low season Lucky we had a car so managed to fix this. But without a vehicle a stay any longer than 3 or 4 days would be not good with the food situation.
