AUThe hotel resort is secluded, far away from the town. So if you wanted a quiet place just to relax and have peace. This hotel is good to go. It is a small resort, so it's not crowded as we also stayed on off peak season,August. The staff are very warm and they treated you like family. I always have my fresh coconut juice just picked right from the tree on the resort, which I always requested 😃. The food in the restaurant was excellent too, though my partner wanted a platter of seafood, but unfortunately, we didn't have that time. Mera was the one who always served us diligently and happily. We booked the room with a plunge pool overlooking the beachfront, and it was worth it. If you're a party animal,sad to say this hotel is not for you. 😊

AUFJPeaceful and quiet. Good selection for breakfast. Great place for couples to get away from hustle and bustle of daily life, even from children. Really enjoyed the room, so much space, comfortable bed n huge TV to enjoy movies from the comfort of the bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is really clean and neatly set up.
There's no privacy for the pool as it's right next to the dining area. Maybe some plants or picket fencing around the pool to give the pool goers some privacy from the diners. OHS issue, there is a doorstopper for the toilet door which I kept tripping over because it's on the floor close to the sink. This should be removed before someone trips n has a bad fall. Also didn't notice any wheelchair friendly paths to the rooms or dining area.

CAWorst experience I could have had. I booked the ocean view villa in June 2024 for my arrival in Aug 2024. I arrived in Aug 2024 and the hotel did not even have my booking. They forced me to settle for a regular room beside their main lobby and could not do anything to accommodate my original booking. I paid over $1600 for my original booking and was a very unhappy guest. I will not be back at this resort, nor will I recommend any of my friends and family to visit. Horrible experience. This resort needs some external assistance for their operations.
