Beautiful spot. Peaceful. Value for money. Staff great and friendly. A place just to pause and reflect. Not noisy at all. Beachside Bure a must!! Pool also awesome! And usually empty.

A little dated but appreciated it nonetheless. Wifi an issue but that’s also a good thing.

Not much to be honest - the pool was maybe the best thing but even then it wasn't all that clean.

Where do I start - the food was atrocious causing us to dine at First Landing Resort down the road nearly every night. The staff were nice enough although they seem to treat the resort as their own place and forget that people have paid big money to stay. This includes playing music extremely loudly for multiple periods not considering that guests might want to sleep in, or enjoy a quiet period next to the pool. We stayed 12 nights and our room was only cleaned twice - there is no sign to put on your door to suggest it to be serviced. The blinds are pathetic and broken and even when we reported it to reception it didn't get fixed for days. We observed guests requesting a towel from staff as they sat in the pool area however most often had to go and ask again after waiting for 20-30 minutes - unacceptable custome service. The TV set-up and internet is poor and the explanation to use both is also poor. The breakfast was atrocious also and there was one day that was Good when the head chef cooked it but then they changed the format but it appears that the Manager of Food & Beverage didn't understand the information that the head chef had put together. We had booked 12 nights in a bungalow however upon check-in was told that our bungalow wouldn't be ready until the next day so had to stay in a hotel room for the night with no adjustment to price paid. It appears that when someone checks out that the room isn't service until the next day for some reason which just seems silly. Overall my wife and I will never retunr to Fiji and if we did we would stay at First Landing Resort and would never consider Landers Bay.

It’s located 20 mins from the airport and the view from the beach is good. It’s not a traditional beach, there is no water because of the low tide in the morning, there will be water during the afternoons and evenings. The staff are really polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent and we had dinner there for couple of days and it was good.

There are some practices in the resort which was interesting. You have to request them to change your towels otherwise it may not be changed for days. They do change the bedsheets and covers. Some days we found that the dustbins were not emptied. Location was good but there are other places in Fiji you can get better locations, e.g. Denarau.

Landers Bay is a well run facility with wonderful staff. It is serene setting that suits adults wanting a peaceful break. The staff are well informed and very helpful. Somehow they managed to know everyone's name. The activities manager, Nimo, gave us great insights to Fijian culture and history through casual chats.

The gym is not a gym I wanted to workout in. You should take that off the advertising. Good was mixed. Some really good meals and sizes and others like the breakfast were very average. We were attacked by dogs next to the property so maybe a warning to not walk along the road.
