The place, the environment and staff were good

There was a lot of noise from other guests for the whole night we didn't sleep and shortage of water supply during the evening

The staff was friendly and very helpful . Also the fact that it is very close to the beach

The fact that there was no room service when i asked they said i should have left the keys but something they should have communicated during check in. I had to sleep in a dirty room .

The stuff were so friendly Mario,Jic and Chico were too kind to us from the minute we arrive till the last day... They took our laggages to the rooms Tour us around ...Saturday Mario took us to places of interest and helped ...thanx so much ossanzaia team...we will definitely come back and also recommend the place to others....

WiFi was slowly Cold water we had to ask them to switch on the geaser all the time we want to use the shower Restaurant wasn't having a stock,when wanted to order something ,they would say its out of stock while they knew we were coming😓

Mario's efforts to try and sort out the problems with the tv and the wifi

The wifi didn't work, and they promised to sort and only did so late the following day The fact that we had to pay for breakfast separately There is no means to communicate with reception from the room
