The beauty of the place. Serenity 101 Chico/Chiko was very helpful. He assisted us with transport. Showed us cool places for food. He is very kind 15/10.

Restaurant food was not up to standard. Improve on that.

Their staff members were very kind and helpful. At reception, it was Jic and Chico their service was so exceptional Then there was Rooi and Joseph always willing to help as well their service was also brilliant

I didn't like the fact that their package is expensive and doesn't include breakfast. We took cold showers because their water was cold all the time. Their TV channels, there's absolutely nothing to watch there their wifi network thumbs down 👎
