Ossanzaia Bilene Lodge

Overall the property itself was lovely looking with 3 pools and a beautifully maintained garden. It was also short walking distance to the beach.

The room I was in was not representative of the beautiful exterior. I did not like my room. The wall had cracks, the bathroom basin was leaking, the water pressure in the shower on the hot water side was non existent and the shower was not draining water properly. One of the worst things for me was the cockroaches in the room, I killed 3 big ones and one night I could not sleep because I was thinking about the roaches crawling on me. The Rooms need a bit of maintenance and fresh paint.

The lodge is very well located and staff was good.

We booked for the 03-04/02/2024. At our arrival, there were lots of cockroaches in the house. Lots of mosquitoes outside. No water pressure for the bath. We had to wait for more than 1 hour to get soaps and A/C remotes to switch the air conditionings. The stairs of Luabos's house to get upstairs is very dangerous. I do not recommend.

The house was cosy. Very well equipped. It felt like home. The place is very green and beautiful.

The restaurant doesn't have a lot of options.

The lodge has 3 pools to chose from and they are great. The gardens are beautiful and the staff very friendly. The views from the restaurant are amazing. The room was spacious and had aircon - although the bathroom was a bit small. A great place to stay over. We had both dinner and breakfast here. The food was good but not great but also convenient that we could get meals here and not have to go looking.

The bed has this weird wooden brim which is a bit odd and the bathroom was a bit small. The road to get there is not wonderful but most roads in Moz are not - Google took us a bit of a detour over not wonderful roads.

It is a great lodge to stay at and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They bedding was comfortable, clean, and good quality. The floor mats were good quality. The restaurant makes great food.

They did not have a do not disturb sign for the door. The staff would then knock to see if you were available or not. They could've included extra toilet paper in the room.
