Our stay was fantastic. The site is exceptionnal with a special mention to the secret beach and boat rides. Food was very good and the staff was very helpful.

The gardens are well kept. The cats are sweet. Receptionist are nice. Otherwise its seriously terrible.

I've visited 200 hotels, so here is my detailed feedback: Staff: 10/1 - almost NOBODY speaks english, all of them depressed, not smiling, not helpful, no trained at all Reception: 10/9 nice, well trained, smiling Room: 10/2 Very dirty, full with insects, smelly drainage coming up Bed: 10/1 low quality uncomfortable Food & drinks: 10/2 - nothing feel fresh or quality All inclusive: 10/1 - everything taste just very average or below that Beach: 10/2 - too overcrowded, you gotta take a boat to go there, water is not shallow at all, too small All the equipments are looking cheap, used, dirty and shitty. It does not feel like a five star hotel, more like a 3 or max 4. I chose it because it had a 9'1 points in booking, but I have no idea how

Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5*. L’hôtel travaille majoritairement avec Riu… les gens le soir viennent dîner en claquettes ; chacun sont truc mais pour un hôtel soi disant de luxe ça surprend Chambre au 1er étage avec un balcon trop étroit donc inutilisable (pas du tout clair sur les photos lors de la réservation) Chambre pas entretenue ; miroir cassé, tapis brûlé pas remplacé, trace sur les murs Jour du départ : demande d’aide pour les bagages ; nous avons failli rater notre taxi et avons fini par traverser le club seuls avec nos valises

The receptionist very welcoming The housekeeper is clean and nice The food is good The view, location and the beach.

The guest relations they are not helpful and not professional specially Mr Maher he made everything complicated. Not easy to find reservations in restaurants and the private beach beds. Everything is old. For example, the towels and sheets. The rooms need renovation.
