El hotel es muy lindo, los chicos de entretenimiento unos genios, y el buffet “LA ROCA” al igual que los restaurantes temáticos son espectaculares. Tienen buena gastronomía. Tiki Bar super ricos los jugos naturales!

Lo que no me gustó es el buffet principal, creo q se llama LA TERRAZA, la comida era más o menos, y el personal x ahí no era muy amable o hacían caras de mala predisposición si les consultabas algo.

Never go there! Don’t worth it. The staff is lazy and careless about problems and don’t pay any attention about it.. The rooms are dirty, the towels (for beach and for a bath) are a big, big issue , in the bungalow we have a cockroach and nobody solve the problem. The food and the liquor are compromised , even for an all inclusive concept. The excursions don’t worth it. There is no snorkeling there, nevertheless they assure you the opposite. A full disaster…. And finally, my experience there is strong- I compare with many countries where n the region..

Extrem überteuert für den Service. Die Arbeiter sind unmotiviert und der Kundenservice eine Katastrophe.
