Room very modern and clean, great view. Some of the staff were welcoming and helpful but not all unfortunately. All inclusive drinks were good standard not just local drinks.

Renovation works taking place at one of the outdoor restaurants meant areas by the children’s pool were dirty. General appearance of pool area not 5 star anymore. Coloured scheme of sunbeds, umbrellas and towels a disaster. Food labelling in restaurant wasn’t great. Some of the chefs were unaware of which food was vegetarian.

השירות טוב, יחד עם זאת, ניכר כי כל דבר צריך לבקש ( החל מכף לאכילת מרק...ועד סכין לחיתוך סטייק). האוכל במסעדות- סביר. טרקלין עסקים- מאכזב ! (האוכל מוחלף פעמיים ביום, בבוקר ובצהריים), מה שלא נאכל מייד עומד כמה שעות ומתייבש אין איש שירות שמגיע לבדוק ולרענן את האוכל או המגוון. (הכל על בסיס שירות עצמי)

Jacob, the waiter at the pool, was simply excellent! He provided truly heartfelt service and made our experience the best it could be.

Beyond that, I must say I was quite disappointed with such a luxurious and well-known hotel. When we asked for a late check-out, we were told there was no availability because the hotel was fully booked. However, when we tried to book an additional night on the very same day, there suddenly was availability and a room was offered. Room service entered our room twice without knocking—they simply walked in. The breakfast was average; I’ve had much better. Overall, it was a good experience, but I’m not sure I would return to this hotel again.

Pool needs to be bigger for size of hotel.

We had amazing staying in the hotel ! I really can recommend such a good place for staying couples or family! Staff was nice and friendly!
