The GrandResort - Leonardo Limited Edition

The decor of the property was good. Overall hotel was clean and good. The rooms were large. The room was so cleat The cot they gave to us was very good (but stoppers weren’t working)

The staff was not welcoming at all only the receptionist and the woman standing at the restaurant front door was smiling. Compared with the buffets offered by many five-star hotels, especially in Kyrenia or Iskele, this buffet is not worth paying €40 for. (Even water is not included!) Everywhere is parquet which is of cleaning but because of this sounds of people echoes! We asked for a hairdryer - then we left the room. They open and put it in our room, without our permission?! Curtains not possible to fully close! Daylight comes in from the corners.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a bit outdated and need renovating; there was no hair dryer, no trash bags, and no plastic liners in the trash cans. The most annoying thing was the terrible soundproofing—we could hear all the shouting and talking from the hallway and the next room all night long, which was very disruptive. The breakfast was tasteless and lacked variety.

המלון מצויין, החדרים נוחים ומרווחים, האוכל טוב מאוד ומגוון, מתחם הבריכות והחוף נעימים ולא צפופים גם כאשר במלון יש תפוסה מלאה, נציין את ניקולס מנהל חדר האוכל והמסעדות, יחס אדיב מסביר פנים מחייך ונותן הרגשה של בית, אותנו גם פינק קצת ממש חוויה חיובית.

בחדר אוכל המלצרים לא מפנים את השולחן בזמן הארוחה , שמנו לב שרק אחרי שאנשים קמים הם לרוב ניגשים לפנות, ולפעמים נחוץ פינוי צלחות תוך כדי הארוחה כי הצלחות נערמות, והם לא ניגשים לשאול אם חסר משהו וכדומה במקום שאנחנו ניזום ונחפש דברים בעצמנו. המתחם של הג'קוזי קטן, למרות שהמלון עבר שיפוץ (ואנחנו היינו גם לפני השיפוץ) לא שינוי את המתחם שלו
